For guys just getting in the game, a low-key, subtle approach is a lot easier. Less anxiety and less nervousness. After a while though, you begin to thrive on the pressure. I like the whole concept of being subtle with your approaches, it sits so much better with me than being loud and obnoxious (which I have seen other guys use/teach).
